At the Central Valley Regional Competition at Madera South High School, the Bird Brains made it to the semifinals before they were eliminated from the competition, but our robot ended up winning the Excellence in Engineering Award, which helped to alleviate the team’s disappointment. After CVR, the team worked hard to improve and refine the robot and their game strategy. With new modifications to the robot, the team was more faster and could score higher than ever!
